VAC is pleased to invite swimmers of your elite club/school to participate in the 4th VIJAYANAGAR AQUATIC CENTRE NON-MEDALIST SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIP-2024 – 25
We request all the Coaches, PE Teachers and Trainers to support this event and encourage the young swimmers to participate and take this opportunity to show case their potential with an experience of an international swim meet atmosphere.
This edition will be for Amateur SWIMMERS, whereas any swimmer who is a medalist in any state/national or international event, conducted by State Associations, SFI, CBSE, ICSE, DYES, etc. will not be eligible to participate in this event.
This event will be conducted in our 50-meter 8 lane pool (long course)
REGISTRATION FEE – INR 750 PER INDIVUAL (MAXIMUM PARTICIPATION 3 EVENTS ONLY)
RELAT ENTRY FEE (IF ANY) – INR 400 PER TEAM PER EVENT
Last date for Online Registration – 22th JANUARY, 2025
LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE VENUE FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS

RULES FOR THE EVENTS
- The entries are open to all Schools, Clubs and Individual Participants
- This will be an Amateur Meet.
- Any swimmer is a medalist in an individual event at any State, Zonal, National and International meet conducted by World Aquatics, Karnataka Swimming Association (KSA), Swimming Federation of India (SFI), School Federation, Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports (DYES) ICSE and CBSE boards till the date of the Competition. This event is organized to provide a unique platform for the “Amateur” swimmers to get to showcase their talents.
- Relay medal winners CAN participate in this event
- Swimmers participating in the meet may represent only one club/school. i.e. swimmers, Will not be allowed to participate in events & relays from both their school & club Simultaneously.
- Relay Events if any, TEAM should be from the same institution, like , same school, club or academy. No interchange will be allowed.RELAY entries will be accepted before 9 AM on the day of the event
- Swimmer should carry a copy of their Birth Certificate and School ID to the event, for verification
- SOFT COPY of INDIAN AQUATICS ID (on email or WhatsApp) is also accepted
- ALL EVENTS will be held on “TIME TRIAL” and “ONE START” basis ONLY
- “Digital Participation Certificate” can be downloaded from the INDIAN AQUATICS ATHLETE DASHBOARD
- Winning Certificates, Medals and Championship Trophies will be distributed to the winners at the VENUE
- Decision of “REFEREE” is final and VIJAYANAGAR AQUATICS will not entertain any protests
- Electronic Swim Timing System and Touchpads will be used during this meet.
- The event will be conducted according to the guideline of SFI and Karnataka Swimming Association
- SPOT ENTRIES (IF ANY) WILL BE CHARGED INR 1200 per individual
