Guidelines
1. The competition is open only to swimmers who have not won any medal in State, Zonal, National and International meet conducted by Karnataka Swimming Association (KSA), South Zone Council, Swimming Federation of India (SFI), School federation/ Department of Youth Service and Sports (DYSS).
2.In order to collect the medal and certificate, the winners should produce government age proof such as copy of the birth certificate attested by the principal, Aadhaar card or any other original government ID proof.
3.A school can send a maximum of one team only (A and B teams not allowed). A student can participate in a maximum of three events excluding relays.
4.The members of the relay team should be from different age groups.
5.The entries have to come officially from school and Clubs.
6.Registration Fee:
a.Individual event: Rs.500/- per participant.
b.Relay Rs.400/- per team, only for those who are registered for individual events.
c. Entry Fees shall be paid online at the below link.
7.The competition will strictly follow KSA and FINA rules
8.If there are more entries, the competition may get carried over to the next day. This possibility will be informed to the teams three days in advance.
9.The competition will be judged by qualified referees. The decision of the referees and the organizing committee will be final and binding.
10.An event will be cancelled if there are less than three participants in that event.
11.Photography and video are permitted only in the swimming pool area.
12.The responsibility of conduct and behavior of the student lies with the students and the accompanying staff.
13.Pool type: Half-Olympic size, 8 lane
Note: 25 meters’ events will be without starting block.
14.Prizes: The team with the overall high score will receive the rolling trophy. The best swimmer (boy and girl) in each age group will receive individual championship. All the participants will receive participation certificates.

All the participants will receive participation certificates.Lunch: Lunch will be provided for officials and coaches. Participants and parents will have to carry lunch on their own or can purchase from the food stalls available on campus.

ii.Schedule: 8:00 am – Reporting time (pool open for warm-up) 8:30 am – Inauguration Ceremony
9:00 am – Events commence
4:00 pm – Events end (tentative time)
